Nayuleska's thoughts
There was much fangirl squee-ing over this book. Holly writes such adorable children's book that there was no doubt in my mind her picture book debut would be just as phenomenal as her other reads, and it truly is! At last the youngest of readers can enjoy the magic which Holly weaves in her tales full of hope, with a bit of uncertainty which certainly mirrors what life can be like It was heartbreaking to see the puppy lost, no wonder I cried when he was found. Definitely a sweet read to treasure with the cute rounded illustrations that are the icing on the book cake.
