Nayu's News #250 Games galore & what happened at the pain clinic.

Yeah!
I am super excited because hopefully today 2 rental games are coming - Ni No Kuni & The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening. Unfortunately I am going out at lunch, other than that it will be a day of gaming!!! Yeah!
It's Link!!

Will I like this game?
A not so bouncy post is what happened at the pain clinic in August - I don't mind private DMs/emails about it, but some of the content won't be talked about online again. That'll make sense once you read it. I had to explain the full story in order to help you understand why it was such a terrible appointment. Will keep you updated as and when I have news, so go read it on Nayu's Crochet Dreams. I reveal stuff that I have not talked about before in public. Ho hum. Time to check emails and carry on gaming with Dragon Quest Builders 2 English version (on rental so I understand it better & already I do. Who knew fields didn't have to be a 9x9 square?
Not my image but I have worn this outfit in the Japanese version!

Nayu's News #230 'Things' Are Happening

Thankfully I'm not an inpatient.
Today I'm up in London for annual routine check up for my heart - this is a prescheduled post as there's no way I'd have energy to spare otherwise. Tomorrow should be a full rest day, but has to wait until Wednesday....when I'll reveal the big secret project I've been working on! Because of it I may not be online for up to 2 weeks, so the next post that goes up will be the last one until...nope, can't tell you that or you'll be guessing what's going on! You'll have to wait and see...
Feeling a bit sneaky like Holo from Spice and Wolf!

Over on Nayu's Crochet Dreams #19 & #20

This cute drawing really captures the mood of this week, unexpectedly sad (& I went to hospital for an appointment (no bandages involved!)
For news on what I've been up to as well as a bit of sad news check out my latest post on my other blog

Miku is making me smile as I play Project Diva F series & watch the music videos ^o^ Pretty in pink!

So sorry for the delay in posts! The internet played up when I was trying to originally post this, & after I was busy so couldn't come online. For reasons of said busy-ness check out my Hospital  Visit post over on Nayu's Crochet Dreams!
This actually relates to something in one of my NCD posts!

Over On Nayu's Crochet Dreams #18

Unfortunately none of my doctors/nurses were Yukirin from AKB0048 anime!

...find out why this week has been full of medical appointments!
I love Yukirin! Here she is singing (with Mayuyu's hair beside her - Yukirin is often with Mayuyu)

Blog Spotlight #1 Medical themed posts on Dennis's Blog!

This is an illustration from the featured blog, Dennis's Blog
Today's review is a little different. It's not for a book, or for a product. It's for a fun blog, called Dennis's blog! It involves amusing medical themed posts written from the view of a 13 year old boy who does work experience at his father's practice in Wales, which launched 1st January 2016.

The posts by Dennis the teen are highly amusing, especially if you have a fair amount of experience within a doctor's surgery. Set in the 1980s, each post is almost entirely accurate in medical facts, although naturally a little artistic license is used.

The blog illustrator is Amanda Summers, who has her own website here.
The blog is aimed at students from Y7 to Y9, with the hope that students interested in studying medicine will enjoy the insights it provides.

While the illustrations aren't 100% a style that I love, they fit the feel of the entertaining posts which had me smiling a lot. A range of medical issues are explored, some more common than others, in a voice that has me adding this to the extremely short list of blogs which I regularly read. On average one post is put up each week, with extras slotted in every now and then. Go check it out on Dennis's Blog!
