Nayu's thoughts
Posie's world is full of wonderful sights and activities. I like what gets used for various items, the sense of community in how all of the animals pitch in to help out with the party, how it's made clear fireworks aren't toys, and how much Posie makes me smile. Her cousin is a bit mischievous and creative, which he manages to share with others through the fireworks. The only reason this doesn't get full marks is more the lay out of the text which felt too spaced out for my liking.
Suggested read
You must check out the other books in the series including Posie Pixie and the Copper Kettle (Children's, 5 years +, 10/10E)
