Read

The Evolution Of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin
Young Adult
(I've read 50% of this one.  Had to stop halfway through the addictive thriller though because of voodoo. Some things I can't read at all...)
9/10

I Can Do It - Look After My Pet by Ruth Martin & Richard Watson
Children's, Picture books
(A great way for children to understand what having a pet entails...)
10/10

Parallel by Lauren Miller
Release Date:  June 2013
Young Adult
(This would be a 10/10, but my daily brain fog made it harder to keep up with the clever, constantly evolving plot...)
9/10

Chronicles of the Tempus:  The Queen At War by K.A.S Quinn
Children's, 9 years +
(Snake activity had me halting half way through - although after speaking with K, I may continue as this is an exciting read...my review...)
9/10

Night School by C J Dougherty
Young Adult
(This boarding school drama is such a brilliant read I've created a new rating, 10/10 E. The E stands for epic.)
10/10 E

Watched

Shugo Chara!
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10/10 E
(new rating, remember?")
I'm cheering in my head every time I see Iru & Eru in action - Utau's shugo chara's are hilarious!

Angel's Friends: Season 1
Anime, English version
10/10
Wow - this is as good as Winx, which you know is supremely awesome. These episodes may only be 15 minutes or so, but I'm now completely enthralled by the plot.

Heidi
Anime, French version
10/10
This is a nice, easy watch. Well, sort of easy. I kept wanting to cry when Heidi didn't understand why the bird she'd rescued & cared for for several weeks flew away on migration. I needed a tissue.

Yumeiro Patissiere
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10/10 E
(Yup, another anime worth of being classed as EPIC!)
At the moment I'm on episodes I've seen before, which has me fearful for what happens in the next few episodes because one of Ichigo's team members temporarily leaves the group! Noooo!

Care Bears: Care-A-Lot Collection
Animated show, English version
9/10
I watched this when I was little, but barely remember anything which is why it isn't a rewatch. It gets a 9 because I was a bit scared of the cloud eating worm. It isn't wiggly, but makes me nervous & I don't know why. It was sweet when Share Bear (I think...or was it Cheer Bear?) was upset because Grumpy wasn't happy. She manages to change that eventually though.

Rainbow Bright
Anime, English version
9/10
For those who saw my previous rating, I think I was just grumpy from being ill - I'm now totally into this cute show. I probably will give it away once I've watched it, as I've got other shows I prefer to rewatch (with plots that make 100% sense), but I'm pleased to be watching it for now.

Winx: Season 3
REWATCH! - Anime, French version
10/10
I think having pain relief that works is helping how I view things - I last saw this season about a year ago. I found it a bit hard going because there are such high stakes. This time round I'm watching it and really enjoying the character development (especially Stella!) Leila's just got her Enchantix too.

The Unit
REWATCH! - Human Drama, English version
9/10
Yes, it lost a grade because occasionally most of an episode can be dull as it's a mission I'm not overly invested in. I usually prefer more detail about the wives ^o^

Tokyo Mew Mew
Anime, Japanese version
9/10
(This is my current 'new' watch on one anime site [I have 2 I watch from].)
The monsters can be a bit scary, which I'm not keen on but I adore the girls friendship. The final 5th member has been found - she's got awesome wolf powers! Everyone thinks her skills are amazing - they truly are.

Spice and Wolf
REWATCH!  (sort of) - Anime, Japanese version
10/10
(I honestly did not plan to put this straight after Tokyo Mew Mew!)
I'm sort of rewatching this as so far I've seen the episodes - I love the apple one where Holo is a greedy guts. She's got an astute mind too, which she puts to good use in bartering over some furs.

Bamboo Blade
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10/10
This is super fun to watch because it's once I've seen several times and am leaving off the subtitles so I can immerse myself in the story. Tamo has joined the club! Yay!

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic:  Season 1
Anime, English version
10/10
The ponies are a bit skinnier than the ones I knew when I was little, but some of that is illusion because the eyes are huge manga style eyes. Watched 1 episode so far and the characters introduced remind me of those in Pop Pixie, the Winx spin-off...

The reason I've watched SO much is that instead of watching a few set anime each day, I'm watching whatever I feel like watching. This is a new concept, but it works! I'm watching what suits my mood and I'm totally enjoying it.

Gamed & Crafted

I did manage a little more of Final Fantasy 12, which is definitely a lot easier now I'm understanding the battle system better.

I did a little more cross stitch of my Winnie the Pooh sampler but not a significant amount to show you. I've been super tired this week (first week back at work after being sick) so I haven't been up to doing it in the evenings. Also during craft club on Wednesday when I did some sewing, I...um... chatted more than I sewed :) Heehee.

Night School looks interesting. I added it to my Little Book Wishes board on Pinterest so that I can remember to look it up and get a copy when my TBR stack winds down a bit!

Ooo yay! I hope you love it as much as I do when you get round to reading it. Not so keen on book 2, but 1st one is brilliant!
