Summary from Simon and Schuster

Nayuleska's thoughts
This is a really neat book - I love how there is a question for every day of the year, and it can be used
for 2 years. The questions are insightful whatever age the reader is. The fun illustrations had me
giggling away, as did the answers which Nikki stuck in every now and then. Here's a question from each month and my answer to them.

January 22 You've just had a really BAD day :( ! What do you do to CHILLAX?
I watch AKB0048 for inspiration,
Chieri (left) & Mimori, two of my favourite characters
Winx to make me smile,
Bloom & Stella, 2 of the Winx (Stella is a top favourite of mine!)
and Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream to get in a feel good mood.
Aira's love of clothes and making people happy is easily seen.

(Added after original review: right now this has changed to predominantly Aikatsu! anime to relax as it's so happy go lucky,
Best friends Aoi (left) &a Ichigo (right)

Winx (again) because it's awesome & Spice & Wolf for humour.
Holo is a wolf goddess who loves apples so much she will eat them until she's ill.

February 26 What are you DYING to say to me, Nikki Maxwell?
I love how much your life makes me laugh and shake my head in despair.

March 23 Describe the home of your DREAMS. Where is it located?
A single floor luxurious apartment in Kensington, London. It's a dream home I've wanted ever since I started dreaming about becoming a published author (still a work in progress ^o^)

April 8 I'm totally OBSESSED with ART!! What activity are YOU totally obsessed with?
Watching anime!

May 12 Would you rather travel by plane, train, or boat? Why?
Train - I hate turbulence and being near water!

June 5 What makes you really hyper?
Discovering a cute new anime (Aikatsu), and learning that a favourite anime has another series out right now (Winx season 6...)

July 28 Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Lately an early bird (3-5am onwards)

August 18 What's something you've recently changed about yourself for the better?
Listening more to what my body wants than what I want - which means more resting! (Added after original review: I'm doing it!!)

September 3 Who are your top three film heroines and why?
Rapunzel from Tangled - she has a cute chameleon and knows how to use a frying pan as a weapon.
She knits too!

Don't mess with a girl,  her frog & her frying pan!
Tinkerbell especially in Secret of the Wings - she has friends who care about her and make her smile, plus she can fly and has a fun sister!
Tink (Green), Peri, & Peri's friends
Bloom in Winx (the series) & A Magical Adventure - I love how much her sister Daphne, even as a spirit, loves her and they laugh about Bloom's maids in waiting trying to make her eat a live fish
Sisters exchanging stories (Bloom & Daphne in spirit form)
Daphne & Bloom after Daphne's curse as a spirit is lifted

October 24 "What I like MOST about autumn is the leaves changing colour! What I like LEAST about it is the colder weather that makes my health worse-no matter how warm I get, my body knows what's outside and plays up accordingly!

November 10 If you could be an exchange student and attend school in another country, what country would it be?
The land of anime, sushi and all things Hello Kitty- Japan!
This is one world famous kitty!

December 28 You just stumbled upon some magic seeds! Once planted, a TREE will grow that produces an endless supply of any one thing that you request. What grows on YOUR tree?
Anime series!

I love anime, but I have only seen Sailor Moon and Winx Club. Do you have nay recommendations for new ones to try?

Most definitely! A lot of what I watch is free online, so look around there. My favourites at the moment are:

Aikatsu

Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream (after this you can watch the sequel Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future - wasn't as keen on it the first time watching, but the second time I understood it better and loved it)

Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live (totally different to the other two)

Yumeiro Patissiere (there is a sequel, YP Pro which is ok)

Spice and Wolf

Bodacious Space Pirates

If you email me, I can give you longer list with links to where I watch the anime.
