Yesterday, with the snow confining most of us to our homes, I threw what I thought would be a small book launch party Keren David, whose first book When I Was Joe was released.
72 comments later, and around 7 - no (I've just counted) 12 new followers, I would say it was a success not just for Keren, but for Nayu's Reading Corner as well.
Look where I ended up - I made an announcement on BookBrunch ! (Admittedly, I'd never heard of the site, but its a news portal for the publishing industry).
Coolness! Or, using a new word created from a friend's catchphrase, squeetastic!
I'd like to say a big thank you for everyone who participate, for all my new followers, and I guess thank you to the weather because without it there wouldn't have been a party on my blog. Being snowed-in has had some wonderful benefits.
