Summary from Lily Lemon Blossom website
Lily invites you to see her lovely room and meet her many friends, including Bunny Rabbit and Josephine her kitten. The room comes alive with its vibrant colors and huggable plush toys. It's a happy place for a happy little girl and her friends.
This gem of a read is free on Amazon at the moment, which is why I got it despite not being completely in love with the illustration style. I wanted to learn more about Lily and what she liked to do in her room, which I certainly did in the pictures surrounding the rhyming verses. The illustrations are expressive, I can feel Lily's enthusiasm fly out from the page. I found the clowns and dolls a little creepy, but I loved Lily's inquisitive nature, how the cat appeared on a lot of pages, and how much fun Lily has with her toys. As far as book characters go Lily is a great role model for girls.
