What are YOU reading? #192

What are you reading on Monday? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey where you post books completed last week and plans for upcoming books. Jump over to her blog and see who else is participating.

Read

Young, Gifted & Dead by Lucy Carver
Young Adult
9/10E
(The mega exciting middle and end make up for the slightly slow beginning.)

Ever After High: The Storybook of Legends by Shannon Hale
Children's, 7 years +
10E/10E
(Fairy tale school is awesome!)

Dork Diaries OMG! ALL about Me by Rachel Renee Russell
Children's, 9 years +
10/10E
(A great way to keep a daily diary of your own...)

Sammy and the Skyscraper Sandwich by Lorraine Francis & Pieter Gaudesaboos
Children's, Picture Book
9/10E
(It certainly is an enormous sandwich!  Check out my stop on the blog tour...)

The Reindeer Girl by Holly Webb
Children's, Picture book
10E/10E
(An uplifting winter adventure...)

Game Plan by Natalie Corbett Sampson
Young Adult
10E/10E
(Best story I've ever read on teen pregnancy...)

Reread

Drina Dances In Exile by Jean Estoril
Children's, 9 years +
10E/10E
(I'm not sure why but I completely felt able to relate to Drina's 'exile' experience in her 3rd book. I think it's the range and depth of emotions which she battles with that I have shared in the past.)

Watched

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls
Anime, English version
10E/10E
(I adored this My Little Pony film - very clever, all about friendship and full of humour.)

Winx: Season 5
REWATCH! - Anime, English version
10E/10E
(The girls nearly have Sirenix - whoohoo!)

Casualty
Drama, English version
9/10
(Um, you know last week I forgot what happened? Same again this week -sorry! I know it was good...)

Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10/10E
(Nearly only 10 eps left til I'm finished - the tension is mounting in this awesome anime!)

Liberty's Kids
Anime, English version
9/10E
(This series is about the American Revolution, and it's fun to watch [if a bit serious as it's all based on real events - it is interesting from a non US citizen's point of view]...)

Horseland
REWATCH! - Anime, English version
10E/10E
(Recently got the entire series, the early episodes I've seen before but this is a fun, easy watch with good life lessons...)

Care Bears: Adventures in Care-A-Lot
Anime, English version
10/10E
(I'm getting really fond of this new version of the fuzzy creatures! Not all that fond of Grisel though...)

Bodacious Space Pirates
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(I'm giving up counting the amount of times I've seen the first few episodes - I usually end up watching a different shiny anime - this is such a cool one I'm determined to keep watching it over the next few weeks!)

Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live
Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(At first I was hesitant about this 3rd season of Pretty Rhythm, especially as it's not a sequel like season 2 was, and the whole concept of the Prism show is different, but I totally love it as much as the first season! It's made me realise season 2 dragged in places and had so much going on it was a bit confusing.)

Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(Yup, again I am rewatching the first episode in the hope I'll be able to keep watching it [& not needing lighter watches] Adore the cute costumes!)

AKB0048
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(I may not be watching it everyday, but I am listening to the songs when I'm not watching it!)

Other activities
This week has predominantly involved lots of reading since I had ketamine - and doing sticker books! My current one is all about ice skating...
