Nayu's thoughts
Thanks
to Frances Lincoln & a few other children's publishers, poetry
features in my life every few months now. I didn't enjoy all the
poems in this Werewolf and other creatures themed read, but I thought
the opening hamster poem was brilliant! It helps in some respects
that I've owned a hamster in the past and think they are rather cute,
but you don't need my experience to appreciate humour, as other poems
in this compiilation prove.
Suggested read
Some other poetry books include I'm A Little Alien by James Carter (Children's, Non-fiction, poetry, 9/10E)
