What are YOU reading? #254

What are you reading on Monday? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journeys where you post books completed last week and plans for upcoming books. Jump over to her blog and see who else is participating.

Read

Suzy P, Forever Me by Karen Saunders
Children's, 9 years +
10E/10E
(Suzy's life gets pretty horrendous but there are plenty of aww moments...)

Chestnut Hill Heart of Gold by Lauren Brooke
Children's, 9 years +
 10E/10E
(Honey keeps her twin brother's leukemia a secret from her horse boarding school friends, and suffers as a result.)

Chestnut Hill Playing for Keeps by Lauren Brooke
Children's, 9 years +
10E/10E
(Lani's parents are unreasonable and say she has to leave her beloved horse boarding school due to a drop in grades-but when Lani finally spills the bean to her friends a plan is hatched!)

Deadly Spells by Jaye Wells
Urban Fantasy
9/10E
(Magic, murder, politics and family issues plague Kate as she battles evil daily!)

Listened
Once again I've listened to many books, just not finished any this week!

Watched

Casualty
Medical drama, English version
9/10E
(Been a busy week and forgotten what the episode was like!)

Holby City
Medical drama, English version
9/10E
(Er, I've forgotten what happened for this too!)

Aikatsu
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(I'm happily squeeing over rewatching the early episodes: Ichigo and friends develop so much over the series!)

Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(Soon Rhythm will begin training to perform Aurora Rising!)

Outnumbered
Family comedy, English version
10E/10E
(More laughter to be had by this family based drama. Children & airports don't always mix...)

Bodacious Space Pirates
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(My desire to watch this ace show with Marika becoming a space pirate captain & having adventures with her school friends as well as her pirate crew led to renewing my subscription to Crunchyroll!)

Princesse Sara/A Little Princess
REWATCH! - Anime TV series version, French version
10E/10E
(Poor Sara nearly lost Emily [her doll] in the stable fire caused by malicious Lavinia!)

Call the Midwife
Drama, English version
9/10E
(An engaging series about life in the 50s for midwives [I may have the date wrong]....)

Haibane Renmei
REWATCH! - Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(Got to love the wings on the haibane – and their cute halos! Haven't reached the darker side of this show yet...)

Prison Break:  Season 3 & 4
Thriller, English version
10/10E
(I've finished it! A review will be up in due course, what a magnificent ending. Hope to rewatch it again one day. It's all I've really watched this week...)

Shugo Chara
REWATCH! - Magical girl anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(I love the insightful aspects of this show, which provide much food for thought as well as laughs!)

PriPara
Anime, Japanese version
10E/10E
(Might start rewatching it from the beginning as I've been dipping in & out of Lala's life lately. I love Sophie the most!)

Winx:  Season 2
Anime, French version
10E/10E
(Poor Stella gets swept away by a river and ends up in a strange community...)

Games, craft and more
As ever this week I've been playing and leveling up on the usual 3 10E/10E games...

...Ice Age Village I got a lovely round seal family, Littlest Pet Shop I'm levelling up the ferrets, & My Little Pony I got Joe in Canterlot.

I've almost finished the blanket I started last week – a post will be forthcoming on how it's actually Aikatsu anime inspired!
Just got the cream border to finish it off - it will be up for sale soon!
