Nayu's thoughts
Having witnessed Wanda and Alien's first meeting (see Suggested Reads) I was eager to see what happened when they went camping. It was interesting seeing what they needed to take with them. What was more fascinating was that the duo didn't stay in Wanda's world, as I'd expected, but went to Alien's world, which was more than a little alien to Wanda. There were still bright colours on every page, and you could see Wanda being a bit unsure at everything being so different. I think that this gave Wanda a feel for what Alien experienced when her friends initially weren't nice to Alien in book 1. The camping trip doesn't go according to plan, but the two friends learn what is normal for each other isn't normal to the other, but despite this they still have fun!
