| Channeling my inner goth - kind of. Not exactly feeling like a happy bunny. |
Some of you may have seen on Twitter or in one of my photos here on NRC that yesterday my grandfather died. I was really close to him, closer than the one who died last April. I'll be back blogging here on Sunday. I'd meant to start reviewing again today, but I need a few days to get my head around everything. He had been ill with a permanent degenerative condition, so I knew he wasn't going to live forever, as much as I wish everyone could. I also knew he wasn't well over the past few weeks. He just got worse a lot faster than expected, but wasn't in any pain thankfully. At least having gone through this last year I know it's going to be a few months until I feel more my normal self again. Kind of hoping 2015 will be death free for me, and for all of you too. It's a huge life challenge to deal with.
Until Sunday then I'll make sure a cute & fun picture is up each day to make you smile (well, they make me smile so I'm guessing they will make you smile too).
