Nayu's thoughts
This
super cute lift-the-flap book to name common objects stars my
favourite fictional cat! It's sturdy, making it easy for hands both
big and small to hold it. It feels fairly indestructible too – a
must with little hands. Readers of any age will love seeing Hello
Kitty in a variety of situations with objects that readers will see
and use daily.
It was exciting lifting up the flap, not knowing what
was going to be underneath. The flaps themselves are sturdy, and
should definitely last multiple lifting ups (if there is such a
phrase). There's scope for readers to find objects from the book
around the house, and to think up of other objects they may use often
to help improve their language skills.
Available in bookstores including NRC affiliate Foyles.
