Summary from Egmont for all 4 books

Have fun in the sun with Louis the Lion, make some music with Michael the Monkey, drop in for tea with Margot and Mo and meet all the animals with Collette the Cow!

Join these four characters on an early-learning journey of colours, shapes, numbers and noises which is rewarding for both parent and child.

Nayuleska's thoughts
These set of four books are extremely cute. I was wowed by the colour combinations used in each
one.

Louis the Lion reminded me of a book I had when I was little which had people and houses of the different shapes.

Margot and Mo was nearly my favourite book, as the pastel colours and flower patterns are sweet. However there was a slight mystery in the numbers. If only Margot and Mo were having tea, why did Margot get 3 plates? The cakes were on a separate dish. This bizarre occurence lowered the final grade.

Colette the Cow was my favourite book, with the best parts being the tweeting bird and the dancing frog. I gave this book to a cow mad friend.

Michael the Monkey might need a few music lessons to master the range of instruments he plays. In all 4 books I liked how the left hand page had text in a circle against a patterned background describing the scene, and the right hand page showed the scene (no border). A series which can be read again and again.
