Books I've read

Magical Moon Cat: Moonbeams and the Talent Show by Annie Dalton
Children's, 7 years +
(Who wouldn't want such an adorable cat with special powers?  My review...)
10/10

Missing Me by Sophie McKenzie
Release Date:  13th September 2012
Children's, 11 years +
(This is more squee-some than the other two books!)
10/10

Zoe and Beans: Pants on the Moon by Chloe and Mick Inkpen
Children's, Picture book
(Zoe has quite an adventure with her best friends Beans...)
10/10

The Month of Zephram Mondays by Leslie A Susskind
Children's, 9 years +
(A funny royal adventure with 4 children talented in different ways from the rest of the kingdom, which allows them to save the day...)
9/10

Black Heart Blue by Louise Reid
Young Adult
(A grim, compelling insight into the life of abused children...)
10/10

Give Us a Goal by Paul Cookson
Children's, Non-Fiction, Poetry
(A brilliant way to get football fans into poetry!)
8/10

The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson
Young Adult
(I'm glad I read this in daylight! Rory's voice is really funny...that provided light relief in the darker parts.)
10/10

Little Darlings by Jacqueline Wilson
Children's, 9 years +
(I love how normal my family feels after reading about Destiny & Sunset's dysfunctional family...)
10/10

Watching

H2O

This show is really funny and always makes me smile!

Twlight
...first movie was lots of fun. Roll on moping Bella in #2!

Waterloo Road
...drama upon drama upon drama. I love this school series, especially as it's changed location and style a little.

The Great British Bake-Off
...this makes me want to eat lots of cake and bread...which I already do so not a lot changes! The talent is impressive among the 'amateur' bakers...
