Summary from Orion

Katy is determined that her pony, Trifle, will become a star, in the second book in Victoria Eveleigh's enchanting trilogy.

Katy is very proud of her pony, Trifle, and is sure that they will win lots of rosettes together - just as soon as Trifle learns to behave at shows! Little does she know that there are much bigger challenges in store for them. Will Katy and Trifle have what it takes to become true champions?

Nayuleska's thoughts

Wow! This tops book one by a lot. I could really identify with Katy's sentiments when her friendship wih Alice plummets, and was horrified by all the hardships she and her family faced. I often measure how good a book is by the amount of times it makes me laugh and cry - I cried for most of the final 3 chapters of this 10/10 read. I'm eager to read book 3!

Be sure to find out more about the series on Victoria's website.

Suggested read
Without a doubt read Katy's Wild Foal to learn why Trifle, the pony who has a hilarious first show experience, is loved so much by Katy.
