Nayu's thoughts
This is a wonderful compendium of one
of my childhood favourites, and I was over the moon to be able to
review it. Yes I'm still convinced that Fuzzy-Peg feels like a girl
rather than a boy. I adore how sweet, kind and caring Little Grey
Rabbit is, how bouncy (and a bit like Tigger) and carried away Hare
is with some very hare-brained ideas.
Squirrel is another character I
like – hers and LGR's outfits are so cute! LGR looks out for every
animal, being the voice of reason especially for Hare. It's nice how
the stories included in this volume go through the seasons, which all
have fun activities to try, and hurdles to face together. It's a
perfect introduction to the world of Little Grey Rabbit if you've
never entered it before, and a nostalgic read for those who already
know and love the characters inside.
