Nayu's thoughts
Ellie's books always make me smile, this one more so just because of how crazy the story is! It is bonkers. How Charlie thought he could getting away with the insane plot without the unforeseen obstacles is beyond me, although one family member is involved too who should really know better! The way Charlie reacted to his brother's return was heartwarming and heartbreaking, he just wanted the best for his family. I did like the snippets of family life, which were funny and easy to relate to.

The only reason that Fleeced hasn't got full marks is because I didn't agree with all of the end. I didn't agree with Charlie's guilt towards a certain person. I felt he did the right thing by not putting the person first in his actions. Blood isn't always thicker than water. That's just my view though. I'll be reading it again for the laughs!
