Formerly explained on Wednesday today I'm showing you the Malteser cheesecake which I made Tuesday afternoon! Yes I dutifully gobbled sampled it at every cooking stage to eat yummy food be sure it was edible. It's absolutely delicious! The recipe was a mix of two recipes, and I probably should have whipped the cream for longer, but it set enough for me and was wonderful with cream (which I had leftover and simply had to be eaten somehow!) Thus endeth this week's food posts!

ReplyDeleteI've learnt there are non cream versions of cheesecake so will make it again that way. For now some are in the freezer, calling my name!
