Nayu's thoughts
This
is another mega adorable read from Salina, whose names I now
associate with cute reads. I could totally relate to the bear
(through bear's bunny) being afraid of the night storm. I'm still a bit
afraid of the dark, and although I'm wary of storms due to nightmares
I can appreciate how scary a storm at night can be. When it's already
dark so you can't see anything, thunder is terrifying when a big imagination gets to work. I loved the expression on the bunny's face as the story
went on, and thought the way the bear's parents helped deflect his
fear was clever.
Suggested read
The first book I read by Salina which features a familiar looking bear and bunny was Found (Children's, Picture book, 10E/10E)
