Summary from Curious Fox
Fifteen-year-old Molly actually lives in the residential wing of her
local mall, and mysterious twins Jewel and Jasper have just moved into
the flat upstairs. As Molly grows closer to them, she becomes more
determined than ever to find out their secret – and so do her other
friends. Will their prying spoil Molly’s chances of happiness?
Nayuleska's thoughts
Molly's life living in a mall is crazy! Her
status with her friends bounces back and forth. Before the end happened I was
giving the book a higher grade, because the teen angst was rather ffunny, and
Molly was learning how to be a true friend the hard way. Yes, she made mistakes
but that's part of life. I was so happy when she decided to ignore her
so-called friends because I didn't like how they acted with Molly and didn't
trust them at all. Which is why despite knowing Luisa online *waves hi* this
read gets a lower grade because I think Molly is making a huge mistake
regarding some of her friends at the end of the book. True friends don't act
like they did.
As ever, the romance side of the story
wasn't why I read it-I was intrigued by Molly living in a mall. It's as cool as
it sounds! At least I think so. She is relatively safe because security keep an
eye on her. Although it's amazing Jamie doesn't spy on her because he gets all
protective about her which was really sweet to watch. Molly's new friend Jewel
has secrects coming out of her ears-thise truths were something I hadn't seen
coming. They did change Molly's life a little too, or a lot, depending how you
look at what happened. I was intrigued by having fish used in a beauty
treatment for Molly's feet, but I could live without a glass lift!
